Every week, lock 1–10 NFL winners — the commissioner sets the number. One side per game. No parlays. Board dies Thursday 8:15 ET.
A 23% dog is 77 points if it hits. A 70% favorite is 30. Misses are zero. Frozen at lock.
Season points are the standings. Each week you also play someone head-to-head. Higher slate gets +100.

Friends get a six-character code. They name a team. The commissioner sets how many picks you lock each week.
